1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") regulate the rights and obligations between the provider of PabloTools (hereinafter referred to as "Provider"), which is Pavel Šubert, a sole trader operating in the Czech Republic (ID No.: , registered address: , registered in the Trade Register at the Office of the Municipal District of Prague 8), and users of the PabloTools web application (hereinafter referred to as "User"). The use of PabloTools is governed by these Terms, the legal system of the Czech Republic, and, in the case of international users, the general international practices in the field of electronic services. All personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy, which is available here.

2. User Account and Subscription

• All tools on PabloTools are free to use and do not require a registered user account.
• Purchasing Premium is only available to registered users. By registering, the User gains features such as saving favorite tools and the panel to the database, making them accessible across devices.
• Premium includes access to all available themes (customizable app colors) and removes all ads displayed to free users.
• The User has access to PabloTools on all PabloTools domains, logging in with the same account. The language, currency, and subscription price may vary across domains, based on currency conversion rates.
• By registering, the User provides their e‑mail address, which is used for login, essential communication, invoice delivery, and verification.
• The User account can be deleted at any time in the Account section, where the password, e‑mail, and subscription can also be managed.
• The Provider reserves the right to block or delete a user account if these Terms or applicable legal regulations are violated.
• The Provider reserves the right to refuse registration or delete an account if there is a reasonable suspicion that it was created by automated means (bots, scripts).
• Access to Premium is activated upon confirmation of payment receipt.
• The Provider reserves the right to terminate a User's account in the event of:
  • Repeated violations of these Terms.
  • Misuse of the service for illegal activities or attempts to compromise security.
  • Suspicion of fraudulent payments or unauthorized chargeback claims.
• If an account is terminated due to a violation of these Terms, the User is not entitled to any compensation.

3. Payment Terms

• The subscription price is always specified on the buy Premium page and may vary based on current offers or currency conversion.
• The price includes all taxes and fees paid by the Provider.
• The Provider reserves the right to change the subscription price at any time. However, the price of an active subscription remains unchanged until it is canceled by the User or the Provider.
• By purchasing a Premium subscription, a purchase agreement is concluded between the User and the Provider. The purchase agreement is considered concluded upon receipt of payment by the Provider.
• The Provider is not obligated to activate Premium until the payment has been successfully processed.
• After each successful payment, the User is automatically issued an electronic invoice, which is sent to the registered e‑mail address. The User must check the invoice and report any discrepancies within 7 days of receipt.
• If payment is not made, the subscription is automatically canceled, and the User's account remains active with access to all free tools.
• The User acknowledges that payment may require the entry of billing details (e.g., name, surname, billing address). These details are used exclusively for accounting purposes and are not shared with third parties beyond the Stripe payment gateway.

4. Service Usage and Availability

• The Provider is not responsible for service unavailability caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, hacking attacks, legal restrictions, or regulatory changes.
• The Provider is not responsible for third-party services used within the PabloTools application (e.g., Google Analytics, Stripe payment gateway). Any technical issues related to these services are the responsibility of their providers.
• The Provider guarantees service compatibility with the latest versions of common internet browsers. Using older software versions may result in limited functionality.
• The Provider strives to regularly update and expand the application's features. New tools may be added based on user feedback and technical capabilities.
• Platform Limitation: Filters in the Image Editor are unavailable in the Safari browser.

5. Subscription Cancellation

• The subscription can be canceled at any time by the User in the Account section or by the Provider.
• The subscription remains active until the end of the paid period, even if canceled before its expiration. No further charges will be made after the subscription expires.
• The User is not entitled to a prorated refund for unused subscription time.
• The subscription cannot be refunded once purchased, as it is a digital product with immediate access and no physical delivery.

6. Service Termination

• The Provider reserves the right to terminate the operation of the PabloTools service. Users will be notified at least 60 days before the service is terminated.
• In the event of service termination, subscribers may receive a prorated refund if the service is terminated before the paid period expires.

7. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic.
• If a dispute arises between the User and the Provider, both parties agree to attempt to resolve it amicably before taking legal action.

8. Changes to the Terms of Service

• The Provider reserves the right to change these Terms at any time.
• Users will be informed of any changes via e‑mail.

9. Severability of Terms

• If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable laws, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
